Originally from Toronto, Janet has strong roots in the Kingston area and is a graduate of Queen’s University. Married to Brian, and mother to four children, Janet presently lives in a beautiful century home on Amherst Island. Janet has a strong background in media relations, publishing, costume design and the arts and has a special interest in the history of the Kingston area. Her success in the real estate business in Kingston is largely due to her committed service to the public in both work and volunteer activities.
Janet has been a real estate Broker since 2004 and is a current member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. She is well qualified to assist with sales of luxury homes.
She is past President of the Kingston and Area Real Estate Association and has been a member of many boards and committees.

Born in South Africa, Susan moved to Canada in 1985 and has lived in various locations across Canada before moving to Kingston in 1990. She trained as a nurse and midwife in South Africa, stayed home to raise four wonderful children, then started her career in real estate with Janet in 2004. Her love for homes and working with people made real estate the perfect fit for her when she re-entered the workplace.
Having lived in the downtown area of Kingston and being involved in a variety of school and social activities, Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and an expanded client base to the Grace/Henry team. Susan is very familiar with the areas’ schools, university and hospitals.
In 2006 Susan obtained her Broker licence, and together their team is one of the few ”Broker” teams in the area.
Susan has taken her creative talent a step further and is an Accredited Staging ® Professional ™ (ASP). As part of their listing services, she will help you “Stage®” your home. Their marketing techniques are unique and specific, and they look forward to working with new buyers and sellers. Along with her passion for photography, their team is well equipped to represent your home in a professional manner.
Angie, our Client Care Co-ordinator, has been an integral part of the team since March of 2006, but has worked for Royal LePage since September of 2004.
Angie handles all our in-office administration which includes office organization, email inquiries, arranging showings for our listings and our buyers, corresponding with other real estate professionals/lawyers/lending institutions and all our advertising. She follows up on showings and is very effective in keeping the communication lines open between us and our clients, providing feedback to our clients in a timely manner.
Her diligence and pleasant manner are well known in our office environment and you will find working with her a very pleasant experience
